For everyone:

  • A holistic assessment of the child’s history, relationships and how they are functioning in their world.
  • A detailed explanation of the assessment results.
  • A plan of action to develop and strengthen the way the child’s brain makes connections in order for them to be happier, calmer and more engaged in their activities and relationships.
  • An optional re-assessment of the child’s in 6 – 12 months which is a great way to see improvements.
  • Packages for sibling groups.
  • General counselling available for parents/caregivers.

Families also benefit from:

  • Affordable choice of fixed price Packages to suit your needs.
  • An optional Package to include regular support for 6 or12 months from the start of the Action Plan.
  • Our ability to counsel schools/child care centres staff to understand your child’s needs and how they can help.

Organisation’s also benefit from:

  • Staff capacity building as they gain a greater understanding of the child and brain development.
  • Psycho-education for parents/caregivers.

What do our clients think?

After applying the strategies suggested by Alison I have found them to be so much calmer, and very receptive to everything I have tried so far. “M” has not done anything destructive since the implementation of this. “M” can stay focused on task much easier without constant hyper-vigilance. T has not picked at her hands in several weeks now, and this used to be a daily occurrence. I would thoroughly recommend the use of these therapies for children who have suffered trauma as my two have.

Alison spent some time with me gaining background information on the children, behavioural information on them when they first came into my care as well as now, and also some aspects of physical data such as body temperature and heart rate. I was able to ask questions as I needed and felt included in the process. Alison's assessment provided recommendations that can help the children to progress with their improvement in brain development. During this whole process I felt that the most valuable part was being able to see, in a visual representation, just where the children are sitting. Also the recommendations ( i.e where to next) are invaluable.
